Swim Team Registration

Good morning  Shepherd, 

My name is Fleur-de-Lis I am Cobalt's  mom. In the past, there were no need to sighed cobalt for classes to be in swim team. This was done automatically. However, I was wondering if this policy has changed. I received an email stating swim team registration is opened and that I need him to sign up for classes. Therefore, do I need  to formally re-register Cobalt?  Before taking any step,  I thought I would check with you first.
